Delete Your Account
GoAtlas is operated by Deep Solutions. You have full control over your account and data. This page explains how to delete your GoAtlas account, what is removed, and what we may be required to keep.
Delete your account from within the app
The fastest way to permanently delete your account is directly in the GoAtlas app:
- 1Open the GoAtlas app and make sure you are signed in.
- 2Go to your Profile, then open Settings.
- 3Tap "Delete Account".
- 4Confirm the deletion. For accounts created with an email address, you will be asked to re-enter your password. For Google sign-in accounts, you confirm directly.
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted right away. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your GoAtlas account:

Send a message with the subject "Delete my account" from your account email so we can verify your identity.
support@goatlas.appWe will verify your request and delete your account and associated data within 30 days, and confirm once it has been removed from our systems.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the personal data associated with it, including:
- •Account credentials and sign-in information (email, linked Google sign-in, sessions).
- •Profile and personal details (name, gender, birth year, height, weight, and step goals).
- •Your profile photo and any uploaded images.
- •Activity and step history, route progress, milestones, and achievements.
- •Posts, comments, and other content you created in the community feed.
- •App preferences and settings tied to your account.
What may be retained
In limited cases, we may retain a small amount of data after deletion:
- •Records we are legally required to keep — such as transaction and purchase records — for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
- •Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be used to identify you.
Your subscription purchase records are also held by the Apple App Store and Google Play under their own policies. To stop billing, cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account before deleting your GoAtlas account.
